Biography
Dremo is a Nigerian rapper, singer and songwriter known for the songs; Secure the Bag, Back 2 Back, Ojere and Man 2 Man. He got exposure after being signed to Davido Music Worldwide alongside Mayorkun.
Dremo was born in Edo State, Nigeria and was raised in Ibadan, Oyo State, where he had his education. He went to George and Duke High School in Ibadan. He also attended National Open University but dropped out after his second year to focus on music.
He began doing music after being signed to A.P.P.E music entertainment where he dropped the singles “Normal Levelz” and “OBT”.
He was signed to Davido Music Worldwide in 2016, and released a couple of projects under the label, which include, Codename EP. Although, he confirmed that he wasn’t directly signed under the Davido’s record label but through am affilaition with A.P.P.E Music. He left around 2022, to pursue music independently while releasing another EP titled “We are not done yet” in 2024.

He came through in January 2016 with a other mind blowing Single titled “Man 2 Man”, a song which he uses to clarify several issues he has with other music artists. What was suppose to be little promotion with Kabex freestyle on the beat soon turned into another Diss as Davolee’s name was mentioned.

He has worked with lots of Artists in the industry which include Patoranking, Dandizzy and of course getting his verse on the remix of Davido’s song “Stand Strong”.
He won the Choice New Hip Hop Act at the Nigerian Teen Choice Awards 2016. He also won the Rookie of the Year and Rap Album of the Year in 2016 and 2017 respectively at City People Entertainment Awards.
