Biography

Central Cee is a British rapper and songwriter well known for his drill songs “Loading” and “Doja”. He is also known for his chart-topping single “Sprinter” featuring Dave, and his first studio album “Can’t Rush Greatness”.

Central Cee was born in Ladbroke Grove, London, to an English mother, Rachael Caesar, and a father who is of Guyanese and Chinese descent. He is from a mixed ethnic background and was exposed to music at a very young age. He grew up with his siblings, two younger brothers.

He began writing lyrics and recording in his teens. He experimented with different styles before settling into the UK rap scene.

Central Cee saw a steady rise in his career in 2020, with the release of the songs “Day in the Life” and “Loading”. He released his first mixtape in 2021, titled “Wild West”. The mixtape debuted at number two on the UK Albums Chart, and was followed in 2022 with his second mixtape titled “23″.
