Oruam is a Brazilian Rapper and songwriter who is well known for his songs Assault, and Filho do Dono. He is recognized for blending trap, hip hop and funk music genres.
Oruam was born in Rio de Janiero to parents, Marcio dos Santos Nepomuceno, and Marcia Gama dos Santos Nepomuceno. He grew up in an evangelical household with his two siblings, a brother named Lucas and a sister Deborah, who is a gospel singer. He also studied Psychology at Estácio de Sá University and later dropped out.
He began doing music professionally in 2012, with the release of his first song “I Don’t Care”.
He began receiving studio invitations in 2021 for his work in the Rio rap scene, of which heblater signed with Orochi’s record label, Mainstreet, in 2022. He has achieved a significant height with over 28 million views for his “Terra Prometida” music videos on the Mainstreet Records YouTube Channel.
