Biography
Ismael Saibari is a Morrocan professional footballer known for his link up play of connecting defense to attack. He is a midfielder with composure, balance, technical skill and close ball control.
Born in Barcelona, Spain to parents from Morocco. He grew up in Belgium with his siblings. His older brother, Akram Saibari combined a career in Belgium’s Lower football divisions with work as a television actor.
He began his career at the youth level with Santa Terrassa CD in 2005 and went through the youth academy of clubs in Spain and Belgium which include; KVC Willebroek-M, K Beerschot VA, Anderlecht, KV Mechelen, and Genk.
He signed a three-year contract for the Dutch club PSV Eindhoven on July 29, 2020, of which he initially played for Jong PSV in the Eerste Divisie. He later made his senior debut for PSV in the Eredivisie in a 4-0 win against ADO Den Haag, where he came on as a substitute for Mario Gotze. He scored his first goal for PSV in a 3-1 away victory against Vitesse on August 19, 2023. He scored his first hat-trick in a 3-2 away victory against Feyenord on October 26, 2025.
